Heather Johns NCTMB, Massage Therapist
Heather received a Certificate in Massage Therapy from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 2002. She began working with Lawrence Therapy Services in 2005. Heather is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She is nationally certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and has a Craniosacral Therapy I certificate from the Upledger Institute.
Heather specializes in sports massage, swedish massage, prenatal massage, trigger-point therapy, myofascial release, and orthopedic massage.
Stephanie Stuhlsatz, Massage Therapist
Prior to joining Lawrence Therapy Services in 2008, Stephanie was a business owner of Mothering Massage in Lawrence, KS for six years. Stephanie has extensive training in swedish and prenatal massage as well as with trigger point, craniosacral, and massage for special populations such as hospice clients and seniors.
Bobbie McHenry, Massage Therapist
Bobbie McHenry CMT completed her training at the Professional Massage Training Center in Springfield, MO in 2007. She has her National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Foot Reflexology Massage.
Annie Stevens, Massage Therapist
Nationally certified massage therapist Annie "Pua Nani" Stevens graduated from the massage therapy program at Pinnacle Career Institute in Lawrence, KS in 2009. Since 2007, she has been a lomi lomi Hawaiian massage practitioner having graduated from Pacific Rim Lomi Lomi School of Hawaiian Healing Arts in Leawood, KS. She had the privilege of teaching lomi in Oahu in 2011 and became a dancer of hula in 2006. Annie is a member of a hula school that presents hula performances in a wide variety of settings in Lawrence and the greater Kansas City area. She's a mother of two teens and her husband is a on the faculty of the KU School of Music.
Ken Snyder, Massage Therapist
Ken is a 2009 graduate of the Massage Therapy Training Institute Therapeutic Massage Program and has practiced in Lawrence since 2010. Ken specializes in Shiatsu, Deep Tissue Massage, and Myofascial Massage. He has experience helping clients with migraine headaches, fibromyalgia, fibro fog symptoms and spine/joint pain.
Ben Sanders, Massage Therapist
Ben is a 2009 graduate of the Mueller College Holistic Health Practioner Program in San Diego, CA. He earned his BS degree from Pittsburg State University in 2002. Ben specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Swedish Massage. He has special interest in working with athletes of all ages. Ben joined Lawrence Therapy Services in 2013.
